Pros
Had an excellent 4.5 years with integrum. Firstly as a business partner (via COMPLiHR Pty Ltd) and then as a full time member of staff. As a sales person I could take on competition from much bigger companies and win business. Really enjoyed demonstrating the technology via both web demo's and face to face. Once a potential client understands what they can do with SMARTForm Technology we usually won through. Very dedicated front line team, some great recruits in implementation services over the last couple of years which has resulted in happier clients.
Cons
Great team overall though some employees put in roles outside of their skillset.
