From Good to Great to Average

Pros

Really interesting work, Some really good people, previously good culture, for a period very good team dynamic, good opportunity for advancement. Overall pay is good.

Cons

Terrible communication from senior management , poisonous atmosphere, small company with a lot of big company overhead, flip flops from management with no explanation, blame culture. Incompetent and inept people filling chairs because they are friends of certain managers. It actually reminds me of NAB under Ahmed Fahour.

Ambitious range of products. Great potential for developers, testers, delivery leads, and business analysts

Cons

Poorly managed teams. Poorly managed company. Huge waste of resources' time, money, and energy. Millions spent on work that is either half-baked or never sees light of day. Unhappy customers. Most non-technical people are looking for a job on the side. Useless HR - too busy handling paper and file shifting.

Intelematics has a few ruthless managers trying to make a name for themselves, who don't care who they stomp on to get ahead. Developers and BAs are routinely bullied to meet crazy product ideas designed to boost the manager. Lots of AWS Kool aid, when it isn't always the best choice
