      Growing organization that has pretty competitive pay and benefits for a nonprofit association, remote work opportunities, dynamic place to work

      Cons

      Workload is highly variable depending on department/position. Lots of new ideas coming from management but poor follow-through and implementation, often leading to wasted time and effort
