-Every year they will give new excuse to delay apprisals, not by days, not even by weeks but by months, by that time other organisations next appraisals get started Lol... -You will never get full amount of your y component (variable of a salary)and yes,, dont ask about its interest,, no one knows where it goes -No job security at all, you never know when you will be asked to not to come from tomorrow -Huge politics on the basis of caste

Good organization for freshers. Company is located at prime location.

Cons

Lunch is compulsory and did not like the food. No work-life balance. Working on Saturday.
