      This is a company that continues marching towards leveraging cutting edge AI innovation to bring high-impact solutions to the global Ag industry. Its solutions have direct impact on global food security, better land management, climate, farmer profitability and sustainability.

      Cons

      Hopefully they will expand their capabilities globally for higher impact.

      Positive teammates; Teambuildings; Sometimes interesting work; Can sometimes work remotely

      Cons

      Not high salaries comapred to what you can get elsewhere; Interview process is not done properly, will hire just because they need the a developer and terminate employment when their expectation is not met. I would not recomment non-confident engineer to try his luck here.
