Worst Company ever i have Worked for!!!

One of the worst company I have ever seen.

Thinking himself as a universal boss. He doesn't know how to manage and treat empolyees. Favor only the female employees. Listen only to project manager and treat employees very badly. Don't trust his words, it is only for the time being and unless your presence is required. Very worst people management. Villy for most of the employees. Who ever is against will be terminated. Expects everyone to work 24/7. Thinks that she is a workaholic and never thinks about work life balance and family of project team members. Advice to you: you might not be attached to your family, but don't expect ame from others. Family time is more important than all deadlines. People will work if you provide them with the exact amount of time they have asked for, asking 40 hrs task to complete in a day is difficult. As a PM first analyzes impacts and feasibility don't blindly assign tasks and ask for updates. The company that does not have any process inline. The company will recruit top management peoples from good companies and will fire them immediately saying that they are not capable enough. But the fact is they are not adhered to CEO and PM. They are not ready to accept your process or suggestions, whatever they decided should be implemented. You will be forced to leave if you don't listen to them. No Job Security.. The employee should be available 24/7 and should not miss a phone call from the company even at midnight. Note: Intellectyx internal team started writing fake reviews. Contains 3 positive reviews posted on the same date to overcome previous reviews. Don't believe those.. Check with ex-employees thru LinkedIn before joining.

First of all appreciate taking the time to provide feedback. You are definitely right on the aspect that this is a startup such environment requiring good talents and high level of expertise in technology skills. Our clients expect high quality of delivery standards and we are measured at the level of some top innovative companies. So as a company, our standards are as well high and we understand it can be challenging for many candidates who haven’t been in those environments. That’s why we encourage candidates and tend to be selective as part of the hiring processes. To help that, we have increased our interview standards, practices and provide more information about our company, and an option to start as a consultant first before hiring as an employee, visit our office and see work in action to avoid any such later disappointments. However we are always very much committed to ensuring a higher level of satisfaction for candidates with good skills and a passion to learn, adapt and collaborate.

1. They are shameless people. 2. They make you complete big projects in a very less time so they give you such a daily deadlines for tasks to ensure that you are fully occupied . you don't even get time to check anything else other than project tasks. They don't care if you are getting time for lunch. forget about the tea/snacks etc. Managers don't know how to treat the emp. They just want to get the work done in a very short time which they decide though they don't know anything about the technology they estimates. They don't even give salary and forced you to leave.

No process followed here. They will hire from top companies with lucarative offers (Project Managers, Delivery Managers etc) and fire them in 3 to 4 months. No planning in delivery but expect to complete all in a week with QA and if there is a bug later, they will roast the employees - not acknowledging the fact why the delivery failed in first place. Expected to work 12 hrs a day and on weekends too. There will not be proper comp off too. The notice period is 3 months and you won't get salary also during that tenure. Losing valuable resources for the welfare of few in Management. The HR team is a joke and can't take any action.

And yes, we do make it a point to publicly reward those that go the extra mile, because that is a part of our culture; a culture of appreciation, recognition, and family. We respect peoples work life balance and make it a point to provide regular work from home days and comp offs and this is all maintained in a very transparent way. Infact we were one of the first companies to give work from home to all our employees in the second week of March , during the COVID-19 pandemic. At IX, everyone has an opportunity to be an agent of change. We have an open-door policy and a feedback system that is second to none. We actively look for employee feedback on an ongoing basis and such feedback is utilized in our management and leadership meetings so we can make decisions that will drive the company forward. I do want to particularly address one very important fact about Intellectyx. We do not tolerate bullying, gossiping or abuse of any kind and anyone that has ever displayed “Me” not “We” attitude that does not follow a kind and respectful approach has been given the opportunity to correct such behavior or find an alternative opportunity elsewhere. We encourage anyone applying to come and visit us during our day to day activities to experience the atmosphere of joy and respect that we are very proud of.
