      Pros

      Highly collaborative and supportive environment. Management takes pride in their business and tries to mentor and lead by example. They are forward-thinking and stay ahead of industry trends which leads to success. Motivating incentives and light hearted environment. If you are a hard worker and a self starter you will be very successful at Intelletec.

      - Leadership readily available for questions - Amazing culture with incredible employee appreciate (bi-yearly incentives, summer/ winter get togethers) - Tons of opportunity for growth - Work hard/ play hard environment - Tons of tools to help with your day to day - Engaging trainings

      Cons

      Stress levels can be elevated at times but no different to other recruiting positions. Work hard and it will pay off.
