      - Nobody will scold you if you watch Netflix while working. - Work life balance.

      Cons

      - Company have recently introduced many strict rules and regulations regarding working time logs, - Company will deduct extra leave as punishment for every Monday unplanned leave. - Pathetic team leaders (except 1-2) of 10 years of experience but doesn't know anything, - Too much politics.
