Pros
Nothing good to say!! No pros other than it is good for Indore localities who want to work under Impetus brand.
Cons
1. Heirarchy system is like decades older , same faces from last 15 years on same position. 2. Office politics is on heights here . 3. Your leads/ manager have more interest in your personal life and on the basis of that they will give you apparaisal. 4. No work life balance. 5 . No freedom of work or ideas, very less learning scope . 6. I have not learned anything in 3 year experience in this company. 7. Sir/ madam culture is Killing the environment of office.
