This company rewards people based on merit and job performance, not seniority. For once, a security company treats security guards with dignity and respect and has introduced ownership - the employees can purchase shares with real value. There is career advancement, excellent benefits and I have seen the wages increase for the last 4 years.

Cons

They tend to give people more chances than they deserve.
