The worst leadership. Some are just bad, others are bullies Company sells things to customers that don't exist yet People pressured to write 5 star reviews on Glassdoor Made to feel special with shares but everybody gets them

Leadership team changed overnight as did company

Pre 2024 was an exciting transparent place to work.

Cons

Leadership changed over the course of the festive break 2023. Senior team members then ignored by the Chair and incoming Exec and the whole culture and everything the company stood for and embraced went up in a puff of smoke. Company boasting on various channels their success but no mention of their staff reductions. Sweep sweep all that under the carpet.
