Bottom of the barrel when it comes to leadership and executive direction. Profits are absorbed by umbrella organization. Antiquated administration strategies. Awful benefit package. Bad atmosphere. Zero communication. Chop shop sale style demands. Organization places dependencies on staff to reach out to friends and family for business.
