As a returning employee, I am excited to report it is a new day at IntelliQuote. With a brilliant new CEO and dynamic management team, leadership is supportive with open and active communication. Daily leads and warm transfers keep me busy, while customer care frees my time to do what I enjoy most-- helping people secure valuable life protection. Our company culture fosters creativity, collaborative teamwork, and pro-active growth. IntelliQuote provides a fun and rewarding work environment, and the ability to partner with some of the best and nicest people in the industry.

Since returning to IntelliQuote, my experience has been a positive one.

Pros

I worked at IntelliQuote for about 17 months and am very grateful for the kind people I met, the learning experience I gained and the opportunity to work with a philanthropic, intelligent entrepreneur. The management and team were very supportive through multiple life events which I really appreciated. I wish the team great success and happiness in the future.

Cons

IntelliQuote has a great product and excellent customer service but the site/technology could be improved to better reflect IntelliQuote's services. The online life insurance quotes combined with the friendly customer service is a really great service for individual consumers - and if this could be better conveyed, it may help business.

Pros

The people there are wonderful. They treat you like family and include you on events after work or on the weekends. People cook and bring in food or snacks. The company will do fun events from time to time like "Chili Cook Off" or a "Pumpkin Carving Contest"

Cons

Your job will not be stable or guaranteed. They do lots of lay-offs. The CEO/President is not a people person. Not much room for advancement. Could easily be a dead-end job. Not much of a pay raise either if any. I worked there for 7 years and only had a $ 3 increase in pay at the end of my employment.
