Pros
- Great, growing team where you'll get to work along side some very impressive people - Really rare to find a place where you are able to get out of it what you put in. I've been very lucky to be able to take part in initiatives and projects that helped make a real impact on the business. - Meritocracy -- little to no politics in the office and the best idea usually wins. It's expected that all levels ask questions and offer solutions. - Rapidly changing and growing company means there are constant opportunities for you to contribute and find a way to make impact. - Super fun industry and people.
Cons
- It's a relatively small, driven team so definitely not the place for you if you're looking for somewhere to just "coast". - A couple of weekends where it's "all hands on deck" when 4-5 major global events are happening at the same time, so everyone can be busy during those.

Good work culture, accessible sr. staff including CEO, lots of talented people
Cons
I had my differences with some co-workers, but things worked out eventually and tbh I don't think those individuals are even with the company anymore.
