Pros
Company touches lots of different technology. You can learn a lot but it will all be on the job training. Great place for self motivators.
Cons
Long hours Lack of formal processes. Shoot from the hip in some cases.

Small company if that is your thing. Some room for growth. Actually growing instead of shrinking the company. Friendly people.
Cons
Far from the best experience I've ever had. Way to management heavy. Doesn't know how to handle any technical employees.
