      Pros

      Big career plan. Many people who like to help you. You can work fully remote, yet very fun environment if you can go by the office.

      Cons

      Nothing's perfect. It really depends on the project, so either a pro or a con. Not very competitive salary, though.

      It's a very fun company to work at, I've had no issues with them at all. I love to part of IGZ.

      Cons

      The only con that I could think of is that the salary is not competitive with other companies.

      Pros

      Gran compañía. Muy buen ambiente laboral, se hace mucho por tener buena relación con compañeros (fiestas, encuentros,etc). Trabajo totalmente remoto y con horario flexible (con posibilidad de ir cuando se quiera a la oficina). Mucha transparencia en las decisiones de empresa

      Cons

      Tú experiencia de trabajo puede variar según el cliente con el que trabajes ya que algunos requieren contacto con ellos constante. Hasta el punto en sentirte como parte de los empleados del cliente. No en todos los casos es así (de hecho diría que en la mayoría de casos esto no se cumple) pero puede ocurrir
