      Intense has a strong legacy of over 32 years, with a proven record of supporting employees and maintaining a healthy work–life balance. Salaries are always paid on time, which builds trust and stability. The organization actively invests in employee skill development through regular training programs and learning opportunities. Every year, the company introduces new and creative products, expanding its portfolio and strengthening its market presence. Recently, Intense achieved CMMI Level 3 and SOC 1 & SOC 2 certifications, which reflects the company’s commitment to quality, discipline, honesty, and strong work culture. These achievements are the result of consistent teamwork and dedication.

      Cons

      The company could improve its talent evaluation process by focusing more on skill-based assessments, along with clearly defined KRA and KPI frameworks for continuous employee growth. At times, long-term career progression planning seems limited, and employee growth may slow after a certain period. Recognition and appreciation are sometimes perceived as being extended to only a few selected employees, while others who work equally hard may not always receive visibility or acknowledgment.
