      Months of pending salary. HR is a professional storyteller. Every day you hear "processing," "trying," "by today evening." Dealing with HR is like being in a delivery room—lots of "pushing" but no baby (money) ever comes out.

Salaries are consistently 2 months late, forcing employees into a position where they feel like they are begging for their own hard-earned wages. It is humiliating to have to ask for your pay just to cover basic food and rent."
