      Good conditions, flexible but slow decisions

      Pros

      The overall environment is friendly, flexible and the conditions they offer are pretty competitive (especially for sales team). You really learn so much as with the flexible environment comes a cross-functional expectation that you pitch in for other areas as well. No weekends and usually never overtime.

      Cons

      The management's decision-making process is quite slow and not transparent. This is unfortunately reflected in the client management process as well and sometimes we sales & marketing people had to face complaints for issues that we aren't responsible for and we tried to avoid from the beginning.
