Cons
1. Typical bossy midset people 2. Of late, organisation has been consumed and marred by internal politics 3. Lots and lots of favoritism among select few 4. Post Jet Airways debacle, no particular plan of action and unwanted long working hours that would sap your energy out . 5. Thankless Supervisors. Also many a times, comparisons are drawn with names between employees which further reduced employee morale. 6. They treat you like slaves in Notice Period which is 90 days and is NON NEGOTIABLE. A very big drawback of working here.
