Pros

I don't believe there is one.

Cons

Do not believe anything that is not documented. The work culture is terrible, If you are not able to fall in line immediately, you are removed. There is no work/life balance. If you are not married to the job you will be a target on your lack of flexibility, "buying in", team player, or devotion to the company. If you're trying to climb the company ladder it's about who you're friends with not your work ethic or skills. I witnessed this company destroy a great work culture in a very short time once the take over was completed. I believe the owner and his son are wonderfully nice men, however key decision makers under them are ruining the company from the inside. Be cautious, read the fine print, and have everything documented.

Pros

My property team were all great people, the benefits were great and the pay wasn’t bad. There is opportunity for upward momentum.

Cons

The company culture has changed over the almost three years that I’ve worked there, above property is completely disconnected and the workload was just insanity. It almost cost me my marriage, working 7 days a week a lot and pulling 12-14 hours a days on the regular. The structure is convoluted and there are so many barriers to getting actual work done and approval for things. They under budget you and have you running a skeleton crew. They cut half my staff and had me fire multiple people, then when standards were not met, turned on me as well. Ownership is the worse, they fly in with their corporate suits and treat you horribly, definitely see you as less than themselves. It’s really sad how they do not support their people and I’ve seen a lot of otherwise great people crushed in this company.
