no 401k, some reporting seemed repetitive, some conference calls could have been an email

Pros

It’s a hospitality company that cares about its employees as much as the employees care about the guests.

Cons

The only downside is you most likely will have to relocate in order to be promoted and as in most hospitality positions the pay is not great until you get into a MGMT position.
