I have been working at Interactive full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Really strong culture particularly in the last few years since the new CEO has come onboard. Strong emphasis on personal development with good support from management for training and certification as well as internal promotions and leadership opportunities. Great facilities including on site barista in Melbourne Diverse and interesting technical environment covering both VMware private cloud as well as Azure and AWS public cloud offerings. Consistently strong growth and strong underlying business foundations. Management promote and support flexible work arrangements

    Cons

Rapid growth has resulted in some issues and some backend systems have not had the necessary levels of investment but management are aware of this and major updates to backend systems and capabilities are underway It’s a face paced environment and some teams and staff are over worked While flexibility is great and work from home options are available more than often staff feel they have to work extra hours unpaid to get the work done

Positive and great multicultural environment. There is a lot of scope for people to look for opportunities within other departments. Lot of emphasis on learning and development. Onsite Barista and available parking is a great attraction.

    Cons

Not too much except the location is just outside the city and traffic is an issue.

I have been working at Interactive full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There are many reasons why I love working at Interactive but one of the main ones is the supportive and inclusive culture that has been established in the company. Within my role there are many opportunities to develop myself both personally and professionally. It is also comforting to know that past receptionist are still at the business and have been promoted internally.
