Pros

I had a role within the Intercept team for around 2 years within their marketing and client-facing roles. The office as a whole was tiny albeit intimate while retaining a sense of job progression/growth upwards. The sheer size of our clientele didn’t seem to cut into the firm’s sense of respect and inclusion towards all its staff. I’d definitely work here again if I didn’t have to relocate for personal reasons.

Cons

Some client timelines can be taxing. Although the firm tries to make them advantageous for staff.

Pros

Ive been working with Intercept in a contractual capacity for over a year. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Pros: 1. Be better: The team embodies the their "be better" mantra. It's not just about making yourself better or encouraging your team members to be better. It's about producing the best quality for client. The team is constantly striving to produce better work - whether internal or external.. 2. Always be learning: With new models coming in everyday, the team is always learning new things. From sharing the latest technology updates to the latest trend on social, the team is always learning. 3. True team culture: The Intercept team embodies team culture. There is a heavy reliance on other team members to produce quality work. Each team member plays their own role in a synchronized manner - just like an orchestra.

Cons

Given that it is the marketing world, so timelines can be intensive. The work pressure may increase and time management may get difficult at times. However, the strong team culture across each member of the team ensures that deliverables are sent out without having to be buried in work debt.

Pros

- Intercept is growing exponentially - which means there are many professional growth opportunities that one can expand into - The company culture provides the space for mentorship and buddy system which is tremendously useful in integrating with the team and getting onboarded - Intercept’s clients are some of the biggest names in tech like Microsoft, HP etc that are doing incredible things together - it’s great to be a part of these projects - The onboarding experience is clear and concise on what is expected week by week and the team provides ample support along the way

Cons

- No company is perfect - what I appreciated was that the management was open to understanding what works and what doesn’t from the team and continuously strive to improve - Working in tech does mean keeping up with a fast paced industry and this holds true for working at Intercept as well
