flexibility, team members, easy to attend certifications, good distribution of work, easy to manage the blocks

to much responsibility directly to the customer, not clear role, a lot of meetings that we should not have, contracts are difficult to improve the customer infra, we need to put each hour in timesheet like a freelancer
