Pros

Connecting with global team members is a strong benefit especially when you're able to meet them in person through onboarding and sales kickoffs.

Cons

Management contradicts themselves with communication to the wider teams. They also take how well you sell your skills as the most important factor rather than performance. Actions do not speak louder than words in this company. You can also forget about progression if you don't agree with your manager on most things.
