      Cons

      Company fosters the culture of NOT sharing your salary with other employees. Dead-end job. As an electrical harness tester, I was making $10.50hr. CEO encouraged us to leave positive reviews on glass door website. Rapid employee turnover due to no contracts, or employees finding something better, which it really doesn't take much. Very cliquish environment. If you come in from staffing agency, company will hold your direct hiring after probation to hold company benefits.

      The employees are friendly and helpful. The adjusted schedule is nice most of the time.

      Cons

      The owners are not realistic about deadlines, and it forces a lot of overtime. Employee safety is not prioritized over profits.

      1 of the 3 people interviewing me was nice, but the lady at the front desk was by far the best person there.

      Cons

      One of the male interviewers was on a power-trip and was very obvious with his tone and body language that he does not think a woman was right for the job.
