Pros

A lot of free swag. The people there are really nice. "Family culture"

Cons

Stress levels were always really high. Outdated systems, created a lot of manual work. The management team was not willing to adapt and the same old system is still in place.

Pros

They offer a decent product, not the best but the most expensive in the space.

Cons

Nepotism, passive-aggressive management, and not holding promises or doing anything for employees. Terrible benefits. There is an extremely high turnover for account managers because of a toxic work environment. Owners can't get out of their way operationally. Still using MS-DOS-based systems and paper files. You leave so much money on the table by not utilizing a CRM and choosing to do no marketing.

Cons

Underpaid Favoritism Hard to get a raise and move up in the company Manager was very passive aggressive and had too much control in areas and situations they shouldn’t. Gossiping is a big issue
