Staff is very friendly and the children are the best part of the job.
Cons
-No support when it comes to Discipline. -We are severely underpaid -Curriculum (This school has a bad habit of not overlooking the curriculum before giving it out) -multiage classes. -revolving door of staff

Pros
Awesome Mission, cares about student success, opportunities to make an impact. CEO is a wonderful person, and the families love the model. If you are interested in progressive education, this is the place for you!
Cons
Organizational structure changes frequently. Lots of turnover. Culture is okay, but a little tired and negative. One principal is very difficult to work with and creates a lot of fires for the rest of the school network. School comes from a very progressive background that is being very hampered by new educational laws.
