      Quick hire and onboard process. Lots of buildings

      No benefits, poor benefits when FT, lower pay range. Lots of turn over and horrible supper during pandemic.

      Pros

      I had good coworkers, the productivity rate was initially reasonable.

      Cons

      no time for onboarding, minimal supervision for clinical fellow, productivity rate went up despite the fact that clinical fellows are in training, minimal concern for therapist safety regarding Covid, micromanagement and fundamental misunderstanding of SLP services, what they are, who needs them, rampant Medicare fraud.
