      Pros

      Good pay, good hours, no weekend or late night work. Very nice service truck and good people.

      Cons

      The insurance cost is a little higher but I guess due to newer small company.

      Pros

      I haven't been with ICS long but for a newer company everything seems great. All of our discussions have been around how do we make ICS a great place to work for a lot of people. The growth trajectory has been exciting and refreshing.

      Cons

      I haven't found any yet. I guess I could say with any new company the bumps in the road pop up here and there but they have always been met with a swift resolution.

      They buy techs like trucks and treat them as such

      Pros

      None everything they do is to hold it over your head, and God forbid you have a discrepancy with the office staff... they will look out for their own every time. Don't get it twisted if your a tech in the field for this company your on your own. Better pucker up and kiss alot of ......butts.

      Cons

      They don't believe in conflict resolution or that any conflict exists in their company. They stick their heads in the sand and hope it goes away. If you happen to be the one with the conflict your automatically the wrong one the enemy.
