Major Media Organization with great opportunity
Pros
Interior Design is one of several Sandow brands. Though you'll work for only one at a time, you'll be plugged into a network of over 300 people all pursuing the Sandow mission. It's a great place to learn, to grow your network, hone your skills, and prove your worth, all while being part of a large corporate team. The salaries are fair, the benefits are not the best, but most certainly not the worst, and management actually cares about its employees.
Cons
The PTO and sick policies could use some work back when I was there. The community at large is very closed-off to newcomers, but Interior Design's management did their best to overcome this for us newer folk. Not much else to report really. I've worked plenty of other places that were far far worse, so I'd rate the magazine, and the media company as a whole as Very Good.
