      Pros

      IRG is a great company to work for. I love their flexible schedules and laid back atmosphere. The environment is like working with family. People are friends outside of work and hang out outside of work too which I love.

      Cons

      Even though they bring in million dollar projects, the company itself is smaller compared to other dealers.

      Good pay, plenty of overtime to be earned, reliable coworkers, and a fun work environment

      REALLY early hours (5 am - 1 pm), lots of heavy lifting required throughout the day
