      No weekends. Opportunity for overtime. Guaranteed 40 hours a week. Company Christmas party. Thanksgiving gift cards. Friendly coworkers. Uniforms are given to you

      Bosses abuse authority. Company does not care about employees well being. Often work outside in negative temperatures. Driving to multiple job locations with terrible road conditions
