      Poor leadership skills from upper management.

      Pros

      Working with the clients was a wonderful experience.

      Cons

      The new team of managers lacked experience to lead the service desk team and set us up for success. They may have the education to secure a leadership role at a MSP but not enough experience that translates to success. We lost 40+ clients during my last year there.
