Pros

For Freshers -: ready for sacrifice your life in the name of bond and certificates. For Experienced -: do you have any problem with your life? there are thousands of companies around you, and still you are choosing Interland then it should be appreciated. And nobody recognizance your hard work there and no values also. If money makes you happy then go to their on-site on Saudi. But understand that you have no life there.

Cons

1. No work life balance 2. No work culture 3. You have to work on weekends, late nights 4. Very bad salary packages for freshers and after work there for 2 years package is not get better. 5. Management is not considering our hard works. They don't give any value for us 6. Some talented people will do the all the work and others are just sit ideal for a long time. But the thing is everyone should get the equal pay. If you feel like you are talented then won't go there.

Pros

You will get lot of benefits(more salary, leave ,bonus) if you becomes a specific manager's pet (Kochi only) even if you don't do anything.

Cons

In Interland salary, employee benefits and even the workload are not based on how hardworking and skillful you are, but based on personal interests of a specific person in the company. Here employees working under the specific person will only gets all the benefits and bonuses. There are many other employees too who put a lots of effort to their work, but still they don't get any sort of benefits or the deserving amount for their work. Due to this fact many hardworking employees in the company are getting less paid while some employees are enjoying all the benefits. 90% working here are facing with this problem here, but many are scared to tell this openly. Also beware of gender bias in performance evaluations. Female employees consistently face reduced increments and benefits due to a specific manager's apparent dislike for them. This creates a toxic work environment for the females working in the company. There were several incidents which female employees were forced resign from the company due to company's attitude towards them.

Cons

Some project managers are toxic and stupid Most PMs agree to unrealistic client requirements and blame developers as non-productive Humble Bragging Calls you on weekends and assigns you work telling its critical They dont provide salary slips They will only provide leaves if u have some serious medical conditions, no leaves for going on a trip or something uses Outdated tech uses pirated windows lol oh and if you are working from home and you have decided to change jobs, so you send notice email, then your work from home will be cancelled. The office space is minimalistic yet claustrophobic, The persistent noise from the fans of a big server machine will make you buy noise cancelling headphones Notice period is 3 months
