Pros
They are trying to make compensations competitive and are ranked in best places to work. No more pros to share unfortunately.
Cons
Direction and management just go with the flow and there is no true north. HR is embarrasing and indefferent to working space deficiencies and climate control chaos. No real innovations although that is what is promised.

very unbalanced market between divisions, manufacturing division loosing sales due obsolete equipment servicing high tech enterprises.
