      Horrible Company

      Pros

      Honestly, can’t think of any. Legit can’t.

      Cons

      They prefer the $$ over the resident. I was told to ease back on the customer service. The property was bought from my old owner and Internacional said “And WHY does he get paid that much?” They terminated me and literally wouldn’t tell me why. Unsure how I can grow if I don’t know what I did wrong.

      Pros

      I have to say that the community directors and my regional were great. Business hours are the norm for the industry.

      Cons

      This is a small family owned and family ran business. They are close minded, greedy and work in the stone ages. Unless you are family, you will not be compensated at a rate that is even average for the industry. Bonuses promised for milestone bonuses were never paid as promised.

      Pros

      Flexible when time off is needed or if you need to leave early or come in late for personal matters.

      Cons

      Low Pay (Below industry average), no Bonuses unless you are family or a partner in the company, miss-communication by management at corporate office and partners, terrible health insurance with a $3,000 deductible, and favoritism (Just to name a few). This is not a place you want to work long term and there is no true growth opportunities.
