Pros

They'll hire anyone with a pulse and a DD214 A monkey could do the job

Cons

No opportunity for advancement No potential for career growth Unstable hours, get scheduled for 28 hours one week, then 60 the next, and it's always last minute scheduling. And after leaving, you won't get your last paycheck without taking them to court for it- but the CFO will email you repeatedly telling you it's in the mail... It's in the mail... It's in the mail

Pros

Hours are always available. You can work your set schedule and pick up tons of overtime. If you are someone who genuinley enjoys working you will be in the right place.

Cons

All though it contradicts my previous statement about working a set schedule, they may force you to do overtime, if you live away from Boston you may end up driving there often. I have a few friends who work for the company that were forced into doing details in Boston, or forced into working more than they were set. Although these people had requested to work a steady site and schedule, and promised this during the interview, these people were bounced around site to site. When confronting managers, the managers did not reply to text messages or return phone calls. They will test you and try not to pay you as much as you should. Always keep an eye on your pay statements.
