      Great mission with wonderful people, but needs better governance

      Pros

      Wonderful people and a true mission. IAHV helps many people to heal and take charge of their own mental health and wellbeing. Lots of autonomy Wonderful community of practice in breathwork and meditation

      Cons

      Needs stronger board governance and strategic direction. They have tremendous goals and aspirations, but need the investment and capacity building to get there.

      Great work/ life balance, great benefits. The work environment and flexibility is the best I have every experienced.

      Cons

      Some of the programs are not all updated with the most advanced technology. That being said a lot is underway for updates!
