      The smaller locations tend to stay pretty quiet and not very busy, which makes the job low-stress and easier to manage. The slower pace means you’re not constantly overwhelmed by customers.

      Cons

      The return policy only allows for store credit, which often leads to frustrated customers and uncomfortable situations at the register. On top of that, the clothing is low quality, so customers frequently come back dissatisfied.
