Very low pay No career development Inequality Disrespectful leaders Heartless executives Major lack of trust in managers You will be backstabbed by your manager and they will talk crap about you behind your back Everyone is disposable Requirement to work outside of regular hours every day with no compensation (even though they say not to do this it is required to keep up with workload and meet with international coworkers) You will be severely underpaid and have to do the work of 2 people with no recognition or respect This place is not worth the grief Everyone gets fired for no reason Executives don’t have any management or leadership skills Worst managed company I’ve ever worked for and I am so glad I quit!

Micromanaging from both Executives and Supervisors. Sales roles revolve around learning a software program that ties up the bulk of your day. You'll be asked to be meet with employees in other offices around the world, at all hours of day and night. Constantly changing projects and team members, hand off process is not good. A lot of gossip and cliques, reminded me of high school. A lot of ego at the company with no tangible results to back it up.
