Pros

okay funding, but it's dyring up.

Cons

management is running this organisation into the ground. they shun their best people. They do not heed advice. They say they value collaboration but violently and abusively treat anyone that disagrees with them. narcissistic abuse is the name of the game here. If you want to play that game you may thrive, for a year or two before you'll be eaten by the system yourself.
