      some good managers, relatively busy throughout the day, good co-workers, an hour lunch, eligible for benefits after work 3 months, small office

      Cons

      stressful environment, managers play favoritism, some employees like to start drama, people act extremely unprofessional and will argue and yell in the office, no paid vacation until 1 full year of employment

      Everyone I talked to was very nice, friendly, and supportive. The team made me feel welcome, and I had a very positive impression of the culture and overall work environment.

      Cons

      So far, I have not noticed any major downsides.
