Varying job details and work locations. Always new instrumentation and techniques to learn. Great networking opportunities with various clients. Good balance of field work and documentation. Great people to work with. Compensation and benefits are good for my age and work experience. If you are into wrenching on things, and like How It's Made, this is the job for you!
