Pros

You will have the opportunity to interact with numerous international colleagues from 28 offices worldwide, fostering close relationships with your coworkers.

Cons

The company is owned by three partners. Two of the partners are elderly (well over 80) and are basically silent. The third partner, and current President/CEO, checked-out about a decade ago. No leadership. Very little career development opportunities. Nepotism abounds.
