      Some of the students are nice. Lots of great host families

      Cons

      This is a very toxic work environment. All managers are verbally abusive, manipulative, chronic liers. They will rob you of your pay and self respect. Gaslighting, coercion, publicly humiliation are the norm.

      The local reps work hard for the schools, students and host families to facilitate a positive program for all involved.

      It is always challenging to find host families.
