      Only suitable for people who are from unprofessional companies. Not a cup of tea of Persons from reputed OEMs.

      Cons

      Management is not bothered what HODs are doing. HOD is keeping his yes men at key positions, killing middle managers, suppressing the talented people only to save his skin.
