I loved working here, I was sad to leave as a result of redundancy. They have a wonderful vision, their work is very meaningful, and the atmosphere is one of joint effort and enterprise. They invest in training and professional development at all levels, provide plenty of support and really want to see you succeed.
Cons
Sometimes communication between teams could be a little better.
Job security is a bit more at risk, as it's a small charity relying on grants and funding.
