      no life/work balance, no working process whatsoever, advancement in your career depends more on who you know than what you can do. Evaluation and annual raises process changes every 6 months. Senior Management is best described by a corrupt government institution.

      Friendly environment, cooperative colleagues, good business experience and manageable work/life balance

      Cons

      - Extremely Low salaries [especially for old employees]. - NO salary increase, NO bonus, NO clear career path. - Totally controlled by headquarter blind management in Kuwait. - Bad and stupid management [Both HR and Technical management] which let key persons go away even for customers and competitors. - All managers in Egypt has NO role in decision making and nodding their heads to Kuwait senior management. - Unstable business situation with ambiguous vision. - Very old technology stack in development.
